How do I get my handwriting?
- Write your message using a dark felt tip pen on plain white paper
- Take a photo in good light
- Upload your photo with your order
Candles have a small print area and we recommend 3-5 words max for one side of printing. There is an option to add an additional print on the reverse.

Can I use handwriting from an old card or letter instead?
We specialise in making products with loved ones handwriting who are sadly no longer with you; we would love to make you a personalised candle in memory of them. In most cases we can edit handwriting from old cards and letters to be able to use them. If you would like to send us an image for us to check before ordering you can email it to hello@oliveandpip.co.uk
How long will the candle burn?
20 CL candles last for approximately 30 Hours and 30 CL candles last for approximately 50 Hours
When your candle has run out, Carly's Candles has refill packs available to buy - you can even change the scent if you wanted to try something new!
