Thank you for this lovely cushion, it has arrived today on Dad's birthday and I can't wait to see his face later on :)

Item quality and finish is superb, and has surpassed my expectations. Customer service was fantastic as I spoke with Lucy as I'd planned previously to have this made, had account issues and forgot when we'd moved house. In the meantime my originally photo was lost. Lucy was able to look through and locate our initial conversation and make the item for me. Thanks to her detective skills I predict a very happy recipient later on.
