I have purchased two items from Lucy at Olive and Pip recently and wow what a special person. This is not just a business to Lucy..she genuinely cares about turning your special handwriting or drawings into forever special moment/feeling.

I bought the clothing patches for my daughter at preschool- she shows these off to everyone and gives them a rub when she’s feeling scared or lonely..definitely helping with the new changes!

My second purchase was a jewellery box to which I had personalised with some handwriting from someone past. The handwriting was from a card and quite a difficult task to take the handwriting from. Lucy made something so personalised even taking kisses (xx) from a separate area of the card to make the message even more special. We got two for our daughter starting reception and she absolutely loves them. She checks her cardigan every morning and gives a little kiss to each heart. We also love all of the advice and guidance sent through. Really helpful!

I’m so impressed with both the product and the service! Communication was excellent from start to finish – Lucy was so kind and even made an iron-on heart patch for my daughter ahead of the release date, as she was starting school early. The patch applied beautifully, and after two washes it’s still firmly in place. My daughter absolutely loves it – so much so that she’s been refusing to take her cardigan off even in the heat! A lovely company with gorgeous products – highly recommend.

My little boy loves to practice his writing so when he handed me a little scrap of paper with ‘love you mama’ on it with a little heart and kiss I knew I wanted to get it made into a keepsake, so when I saw this I knew I had to have it done! It’s so special and I just love it! Thank you!!

If I could give these 10 🌟 I would! I received my keyrings the other day! And I’m absolutely in love with them! I got matching ones for my daughter and I. She’s only 5 but keyring mad and I know we will both treasure these for a long time! The quality of them is incredible! Thank you so much for making these for me. And also getting them sent out so quickly! I also bought a personalised phone case at the same time and I’m equally in love with it!

Loved this for my daughter when she starts school… perfect!

Have not shown my sensitive little boy yet but I know he’s going to love these discreetly inside his school jumper/ bag. Such a lovely idea and they’ve come out really well.
