How long will my order take?

The time it takes us to make and dispatch your order varies throughout the year. Our current production time for the majority of our personalised gifts is shown in the pink banner at the top of our website. Unless you're ordering a pre-order item (such as a patch), in which case the dispatch date will be shown on that product's page.

To estimate when your order will arrive, simply add together:

Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note: Royal Mail now delivers 2nd Class letters on alternate weekdays only. Customers have been experiencing delays with letters which may result in longer delivery times than estimated.

About the services

Tracked 24/48 services are tracked and you will either be emailed a tracking number or we can provide one if asked.

2nd/1st class are not tracked but if the timescales above have passed and you haven't received your item please do get in touch.

 

International

Ireland - at the moment we can only ship to Ireland via our Etsy shop due to the tax collection (since Brexit). You can shop here

USA

RM Tracked (5-7 working days) £8-12

DHL Express (2-4 working days) £20-26 

Australia

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please get in contact with us if your order doesn’t arrive within the stated time slot and we will track your item with Royal Mail (updated upon delivery attempt)

Can I return my item?
Due to the personalised nature of my products; we can’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

In the rare occasion your order arrives incorrect or damaged we will of course replace it for you.

If your item arrives damaged please send images of the damage and packaging (if possible) to hello@oliveandpip.co.uk within 10 days of the item being marked dispatched.

Unfortunately as all items are personalised or handmade to order we cannot accept returns for any reasons other than those stated above. If you have made a mistake on the order form, please get in contact ASAP and if we haven’t started to make it we can amend your order. Unfortunately if it has already been made we cannot guarantee we can change it, although we will do our best if we can.
