If you need your item sooner please contact us before purchasing and we will do our very best, or let you know if it isn't possible

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please get in contact with us if your order doesn’t arrive within the stated time slot and we will track your item with Royal Mail (updated upon delivery attempt)

Can I return my item?
Due to the personalised nature of my products; we can’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

In the rare occasion your order arrives incorrect or damaged we will of course replace it for you.

If your item arrives damaged please send images of the damage and packaging (if possible) to within 10 days of the item being marked dispatched.

Unfortunately as all items are personalised or handmade to order we cannot accept returns for any reasons other than those stated above. If you have made a mistake on the order form, please get in contact ASAP and if we haven’t started to make it we can amend your order. Unfortunately if it has already been made we cannot guarantee we can change it, although we will do our best if we can.
