How do I get my drawing to you?
- Draw your picture using a dark felt tip pen on plain white paper
- Take a photo in good light
- Upload your photo with your order

How do I get an extra print on my item?
Cushions and bags have the option for an extra print within the listing. For clothing you can add sleeve prints or a logo print by adding the extra print to your basket along with your order.
Can you edit the notes/drawings to only use certain words or remove any marks?
Yes, just let us know how you would like it edited
Can you make something with adults handwriting too?
Yes absolutely, we make lots of memory items too
Can you print onto something different that isn't on the website?
We make custom orders too, just drop us a message!
Can I wash the personalised clothing as normal?
Yes you can. We use high quality garment grade vinyl for easy washing! Wash at 40 and tumble dry on low. Iron on the reverse of the print.
I cant decide on colours or the best size for me, can you help?
Yes, it's really easy to get in touch just email us or DM on Instagram and we can make a suggestion for you.
When will I receive my item?
The current lead times for us to make your items are shown in the banner at the top of the page. Delivery will be between 1-5 days after this depending on the service you choose at the check out. (Time to make + delivery time)
What if I need it before then?
Please message us if you need your item faster before ordering, we can usually accommodate rush orders unless we are very busy, and we can also recommend the best postage service.
How do I get in contact with you?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the website is set up for US orders but we can also ship worldwide- please message us for a shipping quote and to order for all other countries. Please bear in mind some countries also have customs charges on arrival.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event your item arrives damaged we will of course resolve the issue for you, please message us as soon as you can and where possible include pictures of the packaging as well as the damage.
Can I customise the colours or design of my item?
Yes absolutely, we love creating custom designs- please drop us a message and we can create the perfect design for you!
Can I send my gift directly to someone else?
Yes absolutely, you can add in their shipping address at the check out and we will post directly to them. If you would like us to include a complimentary handwritten gift card please leave a note when you check out. We can also gift wrap your item for you (for a small additional charge)
